Nursery update
Well we got the painting done! We ended up with soft lilac walls, and barely pink (practically white) chair rails. Micah got the crib assembled. I was so excited about the crib bumper I had picked out and noticed online that the stock was getting low so I went ahead and ordered in. I didn't want to take the chance of them running out! It arrived yesterday and it's just as adorable as I had hoped. Pink and flowery with soft fuzzy lambs.
For now we have the big white floor lamps in Aria's room because they were already there when we were using the space as an office. We'll probably end up moving them out eventually but we're not sure what all else we're putting in the room. We have a dresser/changing table that we bought from our neighbor but Micah still has to do some work on it so for now that is still in the garage. We are also hoping to get a chair and a rug for her room but still not sure if that's going to happen.
So her room is coming together and I'm loving all of this girly stuff!

Painting and daddy
All day yesterday Ezekiel was bringing up daddy. Either Ezekiel was asking where he was (at work), or after hearing a car drive by our house saying that it was daddy's car, or requesting to show daddy something.
Ezekiel loves to do crafts, color, and especially paint. He had asked to show daddy his painting so we took a picture and we emailed it to him. Then later I got out a piece of paper for him to put stickers on. After putting the first sticker on Ezekiel said that he wanted to show daddy his stickers when he was done with work. I think his sentence went something like "I show my daddy my stickers when he done work". It's been a more recent thing that Ezekiel has started to talk in longer sentences. It's been so fun to hear him very diligently try to express what he's thinking in long strings of words. He's also been calling Micah "my daddy" instead of just daddy :)
